Pauline Virginia (Kimble) Keplinger, age 85 of Petersburg, WV passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at the Grant County Nursing Home in Petersburg, WV
She was born September 1, 1928 in Petersburg, WV and was a daughter of the late Miles Perry Kimble and Cora (Hise) Kimble.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Edward Keplinger on August 17, 1992; One son, Harold Junior Keplinger on November 22, 1972; son-in-law, Ray Shirk on July 13, 2011; four brothers, Donald Kimble, Freddy Kimble, James Wilkie Kimble and Carl Kimble; three half brothers, Chester and Kenneth Kimble and infant Willy Kimble; one sister, Rosalee Thorne; Seven Half sisters, Lillie Kimble, Catherine Ayers, Icie Kuykendall, Ruby Borror, Delphia Champ, Bessie Kimble and Margie Kimble.

Mrs. Keplinger had worked in the housekeeping department at Grant Memorial Hospital for several years. She was a member of the former Maysville Gospel Tabernacle and later she and her husband attended the Calvary Baptist Temple in Rig, WV

Four daughters: Lula M. (Keplinger) Shirk of Petersburg, WV
Wanda L.(Keplinger) Hedrick and husband Ronnie of Upper Tract, WV
Judy A. (Keplinger) George and husband Rocky of Petersburg, WV
Donna J. (Keplinger) Judy and husband Dennis of Upper Tract, WV

Five grandchildren: Gary E. Shirk and wife Tammy, Kimberley Ann George, Valerie (Judy) Dasher and husband Richard, Cindy George and Glenn George.

Three great grandchildren: Nicholas Shirk, Amber Shirk and William Tenney

Two sisters: Frances Crites of Petersburg, WV
Wilma Lee Haggerty of Keyser, WV

Two brothers: Roger Lee Kimble of Rig, WV
Bobby Kimble of Moorefield, WV

Several nieces and nephews.

In accordance with her final wishes, Mrs. Keplinger will be cremated and there will be no services. A private inurnment will be in the Lahmansville Cemetery.
