Isaac L Blair, 69 years old, died at 7:30 o'clock Friday evening at his home at Vanderbilt after an illness of pneumonia for the past two weeks.
He was a son of the late Robert and Harriet Oldaker Blair and was born September 7, 1871 at Milton, Iowa. He was a retired employee of the Pittsburgh & Lake Erie Railroad Company, having worked for many years at the Dickerson Run shops. He lived at Vanderbilt for many years.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs Katherine DeHaven Blair, two daughters and one son, Mrs Albert Rohm of Vanderbilt, Mrs Elmer Wingrove of McKees Rocks and lindsay Blair of Connellsville. There are 10 grandchildren and three brothers, Grant Blair of Smock R D, Dow Blair of Massillon, Ohio, and Funeral Director Ira Blair of Perryopolis.
The funeral service will be held at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Vanderbilt Christian Church with Raymond Hitchcock officating, assisted by Randall Davis. Interment will be in Dickerson Run Union Cemetery.
