CLINTON - Mrs. Harold Crabtree, 73, of 322 Allen, died at her home Monday after a long illness.
The former Alice M. Arnold, born April 7, 1904, at Fairfield, graduated from Janesville High School in 1922 and attended Mercy Hospital School of Nursing. She later graduated from St. Mary Hospital School of Nursing at Gary, Ind., as a registered nurse.
She was married to Mr. Crabtree April 15, 1927, at Valparaiso, Ind., and was a member of First Presbyterian Church and UPW, and 20th Century Club in Clinton.
Surviving are her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Charles Hare, Clinton; two grandchildren; a brother, Forrest Arnold, Edgerton; and a sister, Mrs. Elsie Short, Bradenton, Fla.
Services are at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at First Presbyterian Church, with burial in Clinton Cemetery.
