Her headstone is worn. Year of birth is in the 1850s, however, exact year could be different than above.

Her obituary found in The State 11 March 1934: Funeral services for Mrs. Angie E. Calvo, 82, who died at 5:30 yesterday morning at the home of her son, A. Talley Calvo, College Place, will be conducted at 4 o;clock this afternoon from St. Timothy's Episcopal church by the rector, the Rev. A. G. B. Bennett, assisted by the Rev. C. A. Freed, D. D., of the Lutheran Theological seminary. Interment will follow in Elmwood cemetery. Mrs. Calvo, the widow of Charles A. Calvo, Jr., who was for many years publisher and editor of the Columbia Register, had lived with her son in College Place for a number of years. She was a charter member of St. Timothy's Episcopal church and a devoted attendant at religious services until her affliction in 1923. She was kind and gentle and was greatly loved by all who knew her. She never complained during her confinement and her sweet but strong character made her many friends who mourn her passing. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Thompson of Chester, and was an honorary member of the U. D. C., and of the Woman's Missionary society of the Lutheran Church of the Ascension. Children surviving her are the following: Rupert B. Calvo of Washington, D. C., Charles B. Calvo and Arthur R. Calvo of New York City, Donald A. Calvo of Philadelphia; Mrs. R. P. Perkins of San Francisco; Mrs. E. G. Dunavant, Philip Calvo, A. Tally Calvo and Lamar F. Calvo, all of Columbia. Another son, Frank M. Calvo died in 1911. Nine grandchildren and one great-grandson also survive. Active pallbearers are asked to meet at Talbert Funeral home at 3:30 o'clock. They are Walter L. Caughman, John McCabe, Jr., William H. Ballentine, Andrew E. Feagan, John T. Sloane and Oscar Berg.

She can be found on the 1860 US Census for Chester, Chester, SC at age 8, living with assumed parents Raymond, 45, born in VA, and Frances, 36, born in SC and siblings, Henry, 10, Jno. R., 6, and Eugene C., 3.
