ARRELDA/ARELDA JANE (WILLITS) LLOYD
Arrelda Jane (sometimes found spelled Arelda or Aarelda) was born on August 4, 1828, in Richmond, Indiana. She was the daughter of Harriotte (Fox) and Dr. Mark Willits, more early settlers of Mercer County, IL. Arelda Jane was also a descendant of Susannah (Boone) and Isaiah Willits.
She married Benijah Lloyd Jr, son of Benijah Lloyd and Elizabeth (Dunn) Lloyd, on December 9, 1847, in Mercer County, Illinois.
Arelda died November 14, 1905; and she is buried next to her husband in Keithsburg Greenmound cemetery, Keithsburg, IL.
