Hazel Catherine, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. F. Weaver, died at their home on North Penn Street, Monday, March 31. She was born July 18, 1901, and at her death was aged 7 months and 13 days. The child suffered from grip several weeks ago and died from inflammation of the bowels. She was a bright and interesting babe and the blow is a severe one to the sorrowing parents, brothers and sisters. The funeral took place on Wednesday at two o'clock and owing to the absence of their pastor, Rev. M. E. Swartz, who is absent attending conference the burial services were most kindly conducted by Rev. Wingert the new pastor of Messiah U. B. congregation.
