Howards Grove, Wis.— (Special) —Herman Koeser, 76, of town Herman, passed away Monday at 12:30 a. m. at the St. Nicholas hospital, Sheboygan, following a lingering illness.
He was born in town Meeme, Sept. 26, 1865, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Koeser, and when he was two months old the family moved to town Herman and he resided there ever since.
He was married in 1898 to Uplonia Maurer of Kiel and she died in 1917. In 1919 he was, married again, to Dora Sparke, who passed away in 1922. A son, Harold also preceded him in death in 1911.
Survivors are a son, Arthur of Sheboygan, and a sister, Henrietta Deckman, of Kiel.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p. m. at the Walter H. Ahrens Funeral home at Howards Grove, the Rev. E. C. Jaberg of Sheboygan officiating. Burial will be made in the Sheboygan Falls cemetery.
