Mary Witthuhn Sheboygan Press March 16, 1932

Howards Grove – Mrs. Mary Witthuhn, 72, wife of Carl Witthuhn, passed away today at her home in town Mosel, following a lingering illness. Mrs. Witthuhn was born in town Herman on June 5, 1859 and her marriage with Carl Witthuhn took place in October 1899. After their marriage the couple moved to the farm in Mosel, where they have lived sionce. Mrs. Witthuhn was a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Mosel.
She is survived by her husband; six sons, Charles of Michigan; Louis, William and Oscar of Milwaukee; Robert and Albert to Sheboygan, two daughters, Mrs. Charles Alderman of Plymouth and Mrs. Alvin Metzner of Waldo; ten grandchildren; two brothers, August and Herman Koeser of Sheboygan and one sister, Mrs. Val Dickman of Kiel.
Funeral services will be at Ahrens funeral parlors, the Rev. Karl Schulz will officiate and interment will be in the Eckelman cemetery in town Rhine.
