Mrs. Effie Dybro, 82 was born in Pettis county on November 20, 1883, daughter of Thomas H. and Jemima Payne Welch. She was married in Knoxville, Tenn., to Fred Dybro in June of 1920, and he preceded her in death on November 9, 1951.
Effie died Tuesday at Buena Vista on Tuesday, afed 82 years. She is survived by two stepsons, John and Arthur Dybro, one stepdaughter, Mrs. Minnie Kinsey, three brothers, Simmie, George and Cecil Welch, two sisters, Mrs. Josephine Whitley and Mrs. Mary Wimer. She was preceded in death by a brother Henry on May 2, 1951, and a sister, Mrs. Mae Ream in 1963.
