DEATH FOLLOWS FLU ATTACK OF FEW WEEKS AGO

A flu attack which she suffered several weeks ago was responsible for the death yesterday of Mrs. Alois Rathsack, 1201 North Water street, the first victim from the disease here this year. Mrs. Rathsack had suffered from effects of the flu from which she had recovered sufficiently to be about and a sudden attack yesterday resulted in death. She had been down town last Tuesday and was improving in health.

Mrs. Rathsack was 27 years of age having been born at Plainfield, January 20, 1894.

Besides her husband, she leaves one daughter, Lucile, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nic Engeldinger, six sisters, Mrs. George Bertler, Mrs. Anton Stadler, this city; Mrs. Osul Bredeson, Thiensville; Sister Nicolata, Oshkosh, Anna and Frances, and two brothers, Nicholas and John Engeldinger, this city.

The funeral will be held at St. Boniface Thursday morning.
