Phillip was the youngest of seven children {four sons & three daughters} born to August L. & Mary Josephine (Renier) DeBauche. Phillip served for three years in the US Army (19 September 1963 to 2 September 1966) during the early years of the Vietnam War.

On 22 October 1988, Phillip 2nd married Elvira B. {"Elvie"} Demetion in Manitowoc County, WI; he was age 43, she was 24. Unfortunately he died just five years later at age 48.

" Phillip attended St. Luke's Parochial School and Washington High School. On October 22, 1988, he married the former Levira Denetion at Manitowoc. He served in the United States Army for a number of years in Germany. Mr. DeBauche was employed at Hamilton Industries as a carpenter.

"Survivors include his wife, Levira; four sons, Brian, of Minnesota, Kevin, John and
Bradley, all of Two Rivers; two daughters Jessica and Nicole, both of Two Rivers; his mother, Mrs. Mary DeBauche, of Two Rivers; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Harold and Victoria DeBauche, Two Rivers, Alfred and Christine DeBauche, Two Rivers, three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Agnes Ploor, Two Rivers, Beatrice and Fritz Nies, Manitowoc, Bernice and Glen Schultz, Two Rivers. He is also preceded in death by a brother, Russell."
