Nettie Sue Bass Goforth passed away peacefully March 10, 2008 at Peachbelt Nursing Home in Warner Robins.
Born in Greenville County, SC on December 3, 1915 and raised in Greer, SC, Mrs. Goforth was a daughter of the late Manon B. and Cynthia Katherine Reynolds Bass. She was the widow of Malcolm Culbreth "Mac"Goforth. They were married 52 years, until his death in 1985.
Mrs. Goforth was the mother of one son and one daughter; grandmother of five; great grandmother of five; and great grandmother of seven.
She is survived by one sister, Florence Rice.
She was predeceased by four brothers and two sisters.
