Mr. Treichel was born December 10, 1888 in the Town of Maple Grove, son of the late Carl and Caroline Begalke Treichel. On November 5, 1914 he married Mabel Junker who died in 1920. In August 4, 1922 he married Elsie Maertz Engelbrecht. He was employed at Pauly Cheese Co.,
Reedsville and at Larsen Canning Co., Green Bay. In recent years he was a janitor of St. John and St. James Evangelical Lutheran School, Reedsville.
Survivors include his wife, two sons, Norbert of Reedsville and Raymond of Two Rivers; three daughters, Mrs. Michael Cummings of Grimms, Mrs. Edwin Bialek Jr., of Manitowoc and Mrs. Helmuth Rusch of Reedsville; a step-son, Gilbert Engelbrecht of Reedsville; a step daughter, Mrs. Louis Wicke of Graftor; a brother, Carl of Maribel, two sisters, Mrs. Charles
Krueger of Rt. 1, Reedsville and Mrs. August Thurow of Brillion; 28 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Friends may call at the funeral home after 10 am Sunday.
