A funeral mass for Mrs. Eleanor Lefeber, 83, a resident of Chilton Village Nursing Home, Chilton, who died Friday, was celebrated Monday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Stockbridge.The Rev. John Feeney, pastor, was celebrant. Burial was in the parish cemetery.

The former Eleanor Pauly, she was born in Charlesburg on October 11, 1899, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Pauly.On November 14, 1916, she and Hubert Lefeber were married in Charlesburg. He died in 1977.She was a member of St. Mary Church, Charlesburg, and its Christian Mothers Society.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Marie Meier, Fond du Lac; and Mrs. Margie Hawley and Mrs. Dorothy Levenknecht, both of Stockbridge; four sons, Albert of Potter, Walter and Marvin of Stockbridge, and Robert of Newton; 44 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; three sisters, Mr.s Josephine Schirmeister, Milwaukee, Mrs. Gertrude Bubb of Sheboygan and Mrs. Marie Gartzke of New Holstein; and one brother, Joseph Pauly of Chilton.

She was preceded in death by one son.
