"Norman Henry Trautman, age 83, of Warsaw, Missouri passed away Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at the Bothwell Hospital in Sedalia, Missouri after a brief battle with cancer. He was born on February 18, 1931, in Sutton, Nebraska, the son of Adolf and Ada (Peter) Trautman.

On November 14, 1950 he married Darlene Kuhl of Randolph, Nebraska who survives of the home.

He was a manager for Farmland Industries for twenty-five years in Nebraska, Iowa and Missouri. He also had Norm's Guide Service for the last thirty-six years where he could share his love of fishing with others. In his spare time he did wood working, making crafts to sell at local craft shows. He is remembered by family and friends as always being a willing and ready helper to whomever needed him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Kenneth Trautman and one sister Roma Carrol.

He is survived by two sisters; Violet Thorell of Wausa, Nebraska and Marion Hennrickson of Norfolk, Nebraska and one brother, Rollie Trautman and his wife Josephine, of Alma, Nebraska. Also surviving are three children; Marilynn DeVine and her husband Timothy, of Warsaw, Sharon Keele and her husband Jerry of Sedalia and Bob Trautman and his wife Amber, of West Plains, eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Funeral Services were held June 13, 2014 at the Reser Funeral Home in Warsaw. Burial was in the Shawnee Cemetery in Warsaw.

Norman was a charter member of Faith Lutheran Church, in Warsaw. The family suggested memorial contributions be made to the Faith Lutheran Church."
