Funeral services for Ms. Susan Belinda Willis will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 16, 2014 in the Rush Chapel, Oakdale with Revs. Joey Rudisill and Jeff James officiating. Interment will follow in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Cravens under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale.
Ms. Willis, 62, of Boyce entered eternal rest on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at her residence.
Susan was preceded in death by her husband, C.C. Willis.; her parents, Ernest & Mary Alice Ashworth; two brothers, Gary Ashworth and Andy Ashworth and one nephew, Kirk Ashworth.
Susan was a member of the Wilda Baptist Church and a part of the Jubalee Singers. She was retired from the D.O.T.D. with over twenty years of service. Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include; two sons, Chris Willis of Boyce, Timothy Willis & his wife Teresa of Boyce; one daughter, Jill Zesiger & her husband Major Bryan Zesiger of El Paso, Tx; one brother, Jack Ashworth of Oakdale and numerous church kids.
Friends may call at Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale, on Friday, August 15, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and on Saturday, August 16, 2014 from 8 a.m. until the time of service at 10:00 a.m.
