Mrs. Matt (Annie) Stedl, 85, a former Wayside resident died Sunday afternoon at Maple Crest Nursing Home, Whitelaw.
Funeral services will be at 9:45 a.m. Wednesday at Saur Funeral Home, and at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Kellnersville. The Very Rev. Msg. Alfred A. Schneider will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Stedl, nee Annie Mancoske, was born Mar. 21, 1888, in the Town of Morrison, Brown County, daughter of the late John and Catherine Utezman Mancoske. She was married to Matt Stedl June 28, 1910, at St. John Catholic Church, Morrison. The couple farmed in the Town of Morrison, moving to Wayside in 1946. She was a member of the Rosary Society of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Her husband prededed her in death Jan. 8, 1958.

Suvivors include two sons, Leonard, of Pulaski and Raymond, of Rt. 2. Cato; four daughters, Mrs. Stella Kubsch, of Manitowoc, Mrs. Joseph (Lila) Baumann, of Green Bay, Mrs. John (Marion) Jadodzinsky, of Milwaukee and Mrs. Kenneth (Lorraine) Johnson, of Appleton; a daughter-in-law, Mrs.
Catherine Stedl, of Denmark; a sister, Mrs. Mary Kettner, of West Palm Beach, Fla.; 40 grand-children an 54 great grandchildren. Two sons, John and Andrew, a brother, three step-brothers and a sister and a step-sister preceded her in death.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday until the time of service. The Rosary will be recited at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday by the Rosary Society and Wake service will be at 8.
