Robert C. Haught, 76, of Phillips Street, died Monday July 15, 2013 at Kindred Hospital in Beaver, PA. He was born May 2, 1937 in Fairmont, WV a son of the late DAvid and Helen Haught. He married Carol (Rice) Haught on December 24, 1964, she survives in New Castle. Mr. Haught was a truck driver working for various trucking companies retiring after 60 years. He was an Army veteran and loved traveling, camping, and going to church.

He is survived by seven children, William Miller and his wife Jessica of New Castle, Nancy Damron of Edinburg, Susan Aponte of New Castle, Charles Miller and his friend Susan of Volant, Robin Weaver and her husband Robert of New Castle, Jodie Dicken and her friend Gary of New Castle, and Patricia Smith and her husband James of Pulaski, two brothers, David and Ernest Haught of WV, eighteen grandchildren, and twenty-one great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Debra Trujillo, two brothers, Charles and Donald Haught, four sisters, Mary Elln, Nellie June, Betty and Janet Haught and two grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, July 19, 2013 at 12:00 noon at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Carl Moore of Keys to the Kingdom Church will officiate. Funeral arrangements are by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
