Mrs. Jacob Graff, St., 200 E. Mill street, passed away in death at St. Joseph hospital at 6:45 o'clock Monday evening. She had suffered a stroke three days previous to her death. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Wm. F. Gensler at St. Peter church this morning and the remains were intered in the parish cemetery.
She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mike [sic - Adolph] Ptaschinski and was born in the town of Westford on December 17th, 1866. Her marriage to Jacob Graff, who died in 1922, occurred June 15th, 1882. Until 1912 she made her home in the town of Westford and since then had resided in this city.
Surviving are the following children: Mrs. Minnie Obermeyer, Beaver Dam; Frank, Beaver Dam; George, Lost Lake; Mrs. Leo Pfeffer, Lost Lake; Henry, town of Oak Grove; Carl, Beaver Dam; Joe, Beaver Dam; Mrs. Clyde Dufault, and Alvin Graff, Beaver Dam; two sisters, Mrs. Andrew Schweiger, Beaver Dam; Mrs. Rose Braun, Merrill; one brother, Joe Ptaschinski, Beaver Dam. Nineteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren also survive. Two sons, Jacob, Jr., and John, preceded her in death.
Mrs. Graff was a member of the Christian Mother's Society of St. Peter's congregation.
