Mrs. McNeill was born in East Liverpool to Governor Price and Ida M Rice Price. She worked in the decorating department of the Edwin M Knowles China Company until retiring in 1957. She was a member of the First Church of Christ, its Bethany Class and the IBOP.
She leaves her husband, Maurice J. McNeill at home; a son, James M McNeill of Barberton; three sisters, Mrs. Robert McKim and Mrs. Howard H Cochran, both of East Liverpool, and Mrs. Garland Jones of Canton; a brother, Raymond M Price of Canton, and two grandchildren.
