VINAL L. JAMES DIES AT AGE 50

Vinal L. James, 50, Kalispell, died last night at Kalispell Bowl, when he suffered a heart attack after bowling a game. Coroner Sol Catron said today there would be no inquest.

Mr. James was born in Deer Brook, Wisconsin, and came to the Flathead area with his parents at the age of 2. He made his home at 240 Ninth Ave. West, and was employed by Kalispell Plumbing and Heating Co.

He is survived by his widow, Irene; four sons, A2C Robert James, stationed at Wichita, Kan. Air Base; Donald of Kalispell, and Kenneth and Richard, both at home; one daughter, Mrs. Lawrence Sparano of Kalispell; five brothers, Ray, Harley and Meade James, all of Kalispell; Will James of Modesto, Calif.; and Kenneth James of Portland, Oregon; two sister, Mrs. Jean Bigler of Portland, Oregon, and Mrs. James Stevens of West Glacier; and five grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements will be announced.
