Mrs. Margaret Stegman of Great Bend died, Dec. 21 at St. Rose Hospital in Great Bend. Mrs. Stegman’s foot was amputated over a month ago, her recovery was satisfactory, however, two strokes paralized her left side, she was in a coma when she died.

Her body lay at the Cook-Weber Mortuary in Great Bend until Friday morning. The funeral mass was held in St. Rose Church at Great Bend, interment was in the Loretta cemetery.

Her husband, John and all the family was here, namely, Mr. and Mrs. John Krmela (Leona) La Crosse, Mr. and Mrs. Freddie Schuckman (Lydia), Brownell, Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Graf (Armella), Mr. and Mrs. Phil Lounsbury (Isabel), Great Bend, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Weikert (Rosalin), LaCrosse, Linus Stegman, Habell, Okla., Hubert Stegman, Denver, Colo., Norbert Stegman and family, Great Bend. Other survivors are two brothers, Brother Andrew Dinkel, O.F.M. Cap., Washington, D.C., John A. Dinkel, Victoria, a twin sister, Mrs. F. C. (Agnes) Sander, Victoria; twenty grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
