Rosella Willis Harris was born on October 8, 1895, in Hughes Springs, Texas to the parentage of Edmond 'Briggs' Willi and Callie Ervin Willis.

She had six sons and nine daughters with John Robert aka Earston C D Mayfield between 1913 and 1933.

Two daughters preceded her in death: Elenna Harris Clark Howard and Ramie Rebecca Harris Anderson.

She died on February 7, 1966, in Hanford, California, at the age of 70, and was buried there.

Cherishing her memory is her husband John Harris, twelve children, many grand, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and host of many relatives and friends.
