Ruth was the second of five children that included: Wallace Ray Abrams (b.1912-d.1913); Glen Willard Abrams (b.1913-d.1978); John Sanford Abrams (b.1921-d.1978); and Isa May (Abrams) Bosworth (b.1923-d.2014).
Ruth married Otto Fred "Bud" Aldrich (b.1916-d.1996) in 1937. They had no children. Ruth worked at various jobs before and after WWII but most of her career was as an executive secretary. Her last employer was Synthane-Taylor Corp, a plastics manufacturer. From 1958 to 1986 their home was in La Verne, Los Angeles County, CA. Bud's occupations included that of a meat cutter and a brick layer.
