I have found Samuel's death record through Maine Cemetery Records. He and his wife were buried at Academy Corner Cemetery.

Samuel Jr., b. in Dunstable, March 18, 1766; md. Rachel Sawyer. He was an enterprising man, and had great mechanical ingenuity. When a mere lad, he built a rude grist mill on Blunt's brook, one of the first constructed in town.

He was one of the first settlers in Wilton, where he built and operated mills about 1791. He d. Jan. 25, 1816. 1 dau., who md. Col. Charles Morse.
