ROSETTA LAVON SHEPARD
Died Suddenly Sunday at
Atlanta
SISTER IS NOT WELL
------------------
Rosetta Lavon, twin daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Vern Shepard of Atlanta, died suddenly Sunday
morning at 5:00 AM and while the little baby and
her sister were born weakly, the baby's death
was so sudden, a physician could not get to the
home and the Hamilton county coroner was called.
Funeral services will be held at the home in
Atlanta Monday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock with
Rev. Carl Ledbetter, pastor of the Atlanta Christian
church officiating and burial will be in the Hobbs
cemetery.
The twin girls, Rosetta Levon and Roberta Jane
were born December 9th. At birth, they weighed
only 3 pounds each and they failed to make any
gains. The surviving baby is reported to be poorly.
Besides the parents and the little baby, there are
five brothers and one other sister surviving.
The family has the sincere sympathy of the
community.
