LeContes Mills - Elizabeth B. Beauseigneur, 83, of LeContes Mills, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Newcomb, died at her home on Jan. 25, 1944. She was united in marriage on May 8, 1889, to the late Henry P. Beauseigneur, and to this union nine children were born, six of whom survive: Mrs. Joseph Bolents and Al Beauseigneur of Niagara Falls, N.Y.; Mrs. Frank Buck and Mrs. Pat Collins ofClearfield; and Hobart Beauseigneur and Sheridan Beauseigneur of LeContes Mills. She also leaves on brother, John Newcomb of LeContes Mills; one sister, Mrs. Jennie Martell of LeContes Mills; and 40 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mrs. Beauseigneur were held from the Catholic Church in Frenchville on January 28, with Rev. Carl Lippert officiating. Interment was made in the family plot in the St. Mary's Cemetery.
