James Reid Chenault, 72, of 16018 Iris Drive, Fontana, died Friday at a San Bernardino hospital. A native of Gonzales, Tex he had lived in Fontana 3 years and in California 34 years. An electrician at Norton Air Force Base, he was an Episcopalian Survivors include the widow Josephine K., of Fontana; two daughters. Mr. Dorothy VanZandt of Fontana and Mrs. Mar garet Shanklin of Houston, Tex.; a grandchild; and two great-grand children. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tues day at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Fontana, with Rev. George Burnett officiating. Burial will be in Montecito Memorial Park. Stanley L. Dickey Mortu ary, Fontana, is in charge.
