Mrs. Ruth V. Gray
CHATFIELD, Minn.- Mrs. Ruth V. Gray, 82, died at her home here Saturday evening.

She was born Feb. 22, 1881, to George and Sarah Goldsmith in Fillmore County. She was married to Thomas Gray June 20, 1901. They lived in rural Fillmore County until moving here in 1936.

Survivors include, one daughter, Mrs. Alfred (Harriet) Hanson, Chatfield; six grandchildren, and three great-grand children. Her parents, husband, one son, one daughter, four brothers and eight sisters have died.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Methodist Church, here, the Rev. Glenn Quam officiating. Burial will be in Chatfield Cemetery.

Friends may visit at Boetzer-Akeson Funeral Home from 3 p.m. today until noon Tuesday, then at the church.

Pallbearers are: Alton Goldsmith, John Goldsmith Jr., Thomas and Milo Hanson, Alfred Hanson Jr. and Dale Thompson.
