Mrs. Ida V. Hanold,78, formerly of Norris City, died at 9:30AM Thursday, March 20, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. George Stephan, of Mt Vernon, Indiana. She had been ill for four years and bedfast for two years

Funeral sevices were held at the Kittinger Funeral Home in Carmi at 2PM Sunday, with the Rev. M.A. Myrick officiating. Burial was in the IOOF Ebenezer Cemetery, with Kittinger Funeral Home in charge.

The pallbearers were: Millage Stephan, Glen Stephan, Norman Stephan, Ronald Truby, George Hanover, Jr., and Randall Draper. The floral bearers were: Mabel Stephan, Margaret Stephan, Ruth Stephan, Mamie Burlison, Sylvia Addison and Thema Truby.

HUSBAND DIED IN 1935.

Her husband, David Hanold, passed away December 29, 1935 in Norris City and one daughter, Mrs Flora Shewmaker, of Norris City, passed away January 7 of this year.

Surviving are three sons, George M of Danville, Illinois; Arva of Maunie, and Raymond of Milwaukee, Oregon; two daughter, Mrs. Will Brothers, Osceola, Indiana and Mrs. George H. Stephan of Mt. Vernon, Indiana; and two step-daughters, Mrs Lizzie Wells of Mt. Vernon, Indiana and Mrs. Hans (Ida) Anderson of Clearwater, Nebraska: several grandchildren and also several great-children.
