BUCHANAN
Joe Compton, a well known citizen of this county, has invented and secured a patent on a broom rack and dust pan hook, and is now having it manufactured by a Cincinnati firm. This promises Mr. Compton an independent fortune, as it will take millions to supply the demand. Mr. Compton's wife died about a year ago, and he and two sons have been keeping house. Mr. Compton is an inventor, and he soon found where he could use his brains to an advantage in the home. He is now lockman at Kavanaugh. This will be another Big Sandian to get in the great inventive circle.
