Leonis Typner, 92, went to be with the Lord on July 28, 2014. She died peacefully in her home in Pomona, California.
She was born in the town of Franklin, Wisconsin on January 31, 1922, to John and Clara (Meidl) Schambureck. She had 12 sisters and brothers.
On April 14, 1945 she married Charles Typner and made their home in Pomona, California.
She is preceded in death by her parents, 11 sisters and brothers, 2 sons and 1 daughter and her husband.
Those left to cherish her memory are son, Steve Typner, his wife, Kim and 2 grandchildren, Eric and Michelle of Huntington Beach, California. Surviving are her sister, Theresa Kohlbeck and her husband, Leroy of Appleton, Wisconsin. Her sister-in- law Lenore Typner, Manitowoc, WI; and brother-in- law, Leo Krall, Manitowoc, WI; and numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
