Funeral for Aline Holt, 94, of Athens, will be held at 2 p.m. today, April 9, at Spry Funeral Home with Carl Witty and Robert Fudge officiating. Burial will be in Bottom Cemetery.
Mrs. Holt died Friday, April 7, at the Athens Convalescent Center. She was born April 3, 1906, in Limestone County.
She was a member of the Ephesus Church of Christ and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Comadore S. Holt; one grandson, Steve Holt; one son, Bill Holt; and one great-grandson, Michael Hendrix.
She is survived by one daughter, Flo Jones of Athens; one sister, Sue Dye of Shelbyville, TN; four grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
