Arthur Burkhart, prominent farmer of the Lebanon vicinity, died at his home, formerly known as the Gotchell place, west of town, at 8 o'clock last evening. Death came suddenly after Mr. Burkhart had returned to the house from the barn, where he had been milking.
Mr. Burkhart is survived by his widow and a large number of children. A daughter was married at Albany last week.
