Mrs. Yolanda Cook, 47, of 680 S. Mechanic Ave. a life resident of Alliance died at the City Hospital at 11:35 p.m. Thursday following an illness of six months.

Born Sept. 4, 1916 in Alliance, she was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and the Altar and Rosary Society.

Survivors include her husband, Dominic, of the home; three daughters, Carol Ann, Lucille and Rosemary of the home, her mother, Mrs. Rose Damiani of Alliance, two brothers, Joseph and Mario Damiani of Alliance; and seven sisters, Mrs. Vincent Carretta, Mrs. Frank Yankovac, Mrs. Wilbur Moore, Mrs. Marcus Falcone, Mrs. Joseph Pistello, Mrs. Anthony Zambron and Mrs. Charles Werbrung, all of Alliance.

Two brothers, Paul and Armando, were killed in World War II.

Funeral services will be at St. Joseph's Catholic Church Monday at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call at Sharer's funeral home Sunday from 7-9 p.m. and the rosary will be said at 8 p.m.
