OBITUARY of Floyd Dean Caperton
Floyd Dean Caperton, 56, of Fort Smith died November 30, 1992 at a Fort Smith hospital. He was a retired construction foreman for Donrey Outdoor Advertising and a member of the Greenwood First Baptist Church.
Funeral was 2 p.m. December 3 at Greenwood First Baptist Church with burial at Cross Cemetery in Greenwood.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Sue Caperton, of the home; three sons, Steve Caperton of Fort Smith, Andy Caperton of Fort Worth, Texas, Benny Caperton of Greenwood; two step-sons, Grady Crowley of Morgan's Point Resort, Texas, Frank Crowley, Austin Texas; and one daughter, Kathy Meadows of Barling; two brothers, B.J. Caperton of Fort Smith, Alfred Caperton of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one sister, Betty Sadler of Greenwood; and five grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Bill Bridges, Robert Brown, David Ervin, Bud Robinson, Chuck Brosman, and Philip Thompson.
