Obituary, Harrisburg "Patriot News": Russell A. Lerew, 82, of 214 S. Fayette St., died Thursday in Chambersburg Hospital. He was a graduate of Carlisle High School, the former Shippensburg State Teachers College, and received a master's degree in education from Penn State. He was an industrial arts teacher for 35 years in Shippensburg Junior and Senior Area High schools. He was a member of Messiah United Methodist Church, and was a life member and past president of Cumberland Valley Hose Company. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Della Flickinger Lerew, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the Fogelsanger Funeral home. The Rev. Roger E. Keech will officiate. Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Camp Hill, Friends may call at the funeral home 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Memorial contributions may be made to Messiah United Methodist Church, 30 S. Penn St., Shippensburg, Pa. 17257.
