Frank A. Karl, 707 S. University Ave., passed away Sunday, April 9 at Hillside Unit after a lingering illness. Funeral services will be from Murray Funeral Home at 10:30 and 11:00 a.m. from St. Peter Catholic Church on Tuesday April 11, with Rev. Joseph S. Stier officiating. Burial will be in St. Peter parish cemetery.
He was born December 29, 1876 in Germany [sic], the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank S. Karl. He was married to Martha Hammer November 14, 1905 and had lived in this area most of his life.
Survivors are two brothers, Joseph and Jacob, and two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Clark and Miss Angeline Karl, all of Beaver Dam, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife in 1927, 3 brothers and 4 sisters.
Friends may call at the Murray Funeral Home from 7 - 9 p.m. Monday. A parish vigil will be said at 8:00 p.m.
