William Lewis Butcher, a 74-year-old farmer of the Dixie Community near here,
died yesterday afternoon at his home after an illness of about five weeks.

He was married in 1901 to Miss May Bell Aulgar
children:
Mary Anna
James Oliver

He then was married to Mrs. Nora Featherston in 1912
children:
Milford
Jesse George
Harold Glenwood

he was married to the former Mrs. Maud Landrum,
children:
Roy Eugene
Isham Lee
Dorothy May

Mr. Butcher was a member of the Christian Church at Shiloh. Survivors in addition to Mrs. Butcher are nine children,

Milford Butcher, Winchester, Ky.;
Jesse Butcher, Hutchinson, Kan.;
Harold Butcher, Columbia;
Roy Butcher, New Bloomfield;
Isham Butcher, Denver Colo.;

Mrs. George Warden
Mrs. Richard Salmons, all of Fulton;

21 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Elston
Congregational Church with burial in the church cemetery.
