Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the St. Peter Lutheran church,
Mishicot, the Rev. Edward Zell officiating. Burial will be in the Mishicot
cemetery.
Mrs. Harpt was born Mary Cordes in the town of Gibson in 1877 (sic). In 1899
she was married to Emile Harpt. They moved to their last place of residence
in 1935.
She is survived by three sons, Omar of Manitowoc, Harvey on the homestead farm
in Gibson and Reuben of Mishicot; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Bertolaet and Lena
Cordes both of Manitowoc; and six grandchildren. Mr. Harpt died in 1946 and a
son, Roland, died in 1945.
Friends may call at the Specht funeral home in Mishicot this evening until
10 a.m. Thursday and at the church from then until time of services.
