Elizabeth and William proceeded to have five known children: Winston J. Saffold, Clinton Saffold, Alvin William Saffold, Mary Evie Lee Saffold, and Ervin Saffold. There is documentation of four of the five children, except for Ervin. Only through stories told by Evie Saffold Gentry, does the memory of Ervin live.
