During the night in town Eaton from Monday to Tuesday, Mr. Wm Karstaedt died suddenly from rheumatic heart disease after a short illness.
The deceased was born on October 3, 1875 in town Sheboygan. In 1898 he married Amalie Schnell the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Schnell from the town of Eaton. For 19 years Mr. Karstaedt owned a cheese factory in town Eaton and for the last five years he managed a farm.
Besides his wife he is survived by four children, also seven brothers. The burial will take place on Friday afternoon at the church cemetery with pastor Hauser officiating.
