Daniel David Straw was the s/o Benjamin and Suzannah (Moore) Straw. On 19 April 1824 in Bradford, Merrimack County, NH he married Sarah P. Melvin. He and Sarah had ten known children.Sons Josiah,Andrew,John, Albert, William, James, Leo and George and two daughters Sarah J and Ellen.
Three of his sons [Andrew, John and George] fought in the Civil War and only George survived and outlived his father.
Daniel died at age 67.
