Mrs. Angeline Dixon, the mother of Dr. W.A. Dixon, died Wednesday at her home. She was 90 years old last December. She had been an invalid for the last four months suffering from complications of old age.
Her name was Angeline Wilkinson and she was born in Vinton county, Ohio, on Dec. 23, 1836. She and Nathan Dixon were married there and they moved to Illinois in 1875. Mr. Dixon died 28 year ago.
Nine children were born to them. Two have passed away but the following children survive, S.W.Dixon of Chicago, S.S.Dixon of E.Orange, N. Jersey, Mrs.Ella Kincaide, Houston, Tex., Mrs.Della Kincaid, Mrs. Eph Bolin, C.A. and Dr. W.A. Dixon all of Decatur, 11 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
