MRS. HALEPESXA, 65, EXPIRES SATURDAY: LAST RITES TODAY

Funeral services will be held from her late residence across the river at 3 p m. today and from St Mary's Church at 3:30 for Mrs. Lavina Halepeska, 65, beloved wife of Flank Halepeska, well known Victoria farmer and stockman, who died Saturday at 11:30 a. m at her home following an Illness of two weeks. Interment will be In the Catholic Cemetery and Right Rev. Msgr. John Sheehan and Rev. Thos Coleman will officiate.

Pall bearers will be V A Urban, Joe Vogt, Bly Thomas, Will Gangier, Robert Stephens and Fred Huvar.

Mrs. Lavina LaBarge Halepeska was born in Canada March 25, 1871, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles LaBarge, deceased. She had resided in this county for 26 years, coming here from Kansas where she resided for many years after leaving Canada.

Surviving are her husband, one daughter. Mrs. A P. Hagel of Victoria, four sons, L. G. and J. O. Halepeska of this city, Dr. Geo J. Halepeska of Refugio and W. C. Halepeska of Billings, Montana, and a number of brothers and sisters.
