Frederick is buried with his parents and siblings in the large Fisher plot but has no stone.
Fred K. Fisher, former Springfield business man, died of heart disease at his home in St. Paul, Minn., Monday night, according to word received by relatives here. He had been ill for some time.
Mr. Fisher was born in Springfield and resided here for many years. He was a prominent baritone singer in Springfield, being a member of the choir at the First Presbyterian church for a number of years. He was employed at the Herndon and Thoma dry goods stores while living here. He later moved to Chicago and from there to St. Paul, where he had resided for about twenty years.
He is survived by his wife and two children, who reside in St. Paul; seven sisters, the Misses Fannie, Bertha, Laura, Catherine and Anna W. Fisher, all of Springfield, Mrs. Ida M. Watson of Chicago and Mrs. S. F. Brotherton, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and two brothers, Albert Fisher of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Irving Fisher of Waltham, Mass. --IL State Register, Springfield, IL, 10-4-1921
