Funeral services for Raymond Bergeron, Sr. 93, will be at 2 p.m. Friday, July 16 from St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Eunice, La. The Rev. Ken Domingue will officiate. Visitation is 5-10 p.m. today, with a rosary at 7 p.m. and from 8 a.m. Friday.
Mr Bergeron died at 7 a.m. Wednesday, July 14, 1999, in his residence. He was a lifelong resident of the Tepetate area. He worked at the plant in Tepetate until retiring & was a retired bus driver. Raymond & Della owned LeJeune's Cafe across the street from the plant.
Survivors include his wife, Della Marie (LeJeune) Bergeron. Two sons, Jimmie Patrick of Basile & Wade Thomas of Tepetate.
