Funeral services for Mrs. Linus (Mary Bergeron) Manuel, 87, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 1 from St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. The Rev Jude Brunnert will officiate.
Interment will be in Oberlin Mausoleum under direction of Ardoin Funeral Home. Visitation is from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. today with a vigil service at 7 p.m. and from 8 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
Mrs. Manuel died at 3:50 a.m. Monday, June 29, 1998 in a Lake Charles hospital.
She was a member of St. Joan of Arc Ladies Altar Society and Rosary Group since 1941.
Survivors include her husband; two sons: Wilson Manuel of Larkspur, California & Marlin Manuel of Eunice, one daughter: Mrs. Lou Anna (Manuel) McGee of Oberlin. one brother: Raymond Bergeron of Tepetate. Seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
