Benjamin F. Peake Sr., 75, died in Wesley Hospital Monday morning. He came from Dunlap, N. M. five years ago to live on a farm on route 4. Surviving is his wife, Mrs. Carrie Peake, seven sons, Benjamin F. Peake,jr. route 4; W.H Peake, Dunlap, N.M.; Jim Peake, Los Angeles, Calif; J. W. Peake, 644 SW 45; Joe Peake, Houston, Texas; R. L. Peake and H. M. Peake, both serving with the army overseas; three daughters, Mrs. Maggie Heinze, Mrs. C.E. Watson, and Mrs. Mary Smith, all of Houston, Texas; 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Services have been tentatively set for Wednesday at the Street and Draper funeral home. L and Herbert Peake, both of the United States Navy, and H.W. Peake of Roswell, N. M. Funeral services at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Oklahoma City.

He is survived by his wife, his daughters, Mrs. C.E. Watson, Mrs. Maggie Heinze, Mrs. Mary Smith; his sons, Ben F. Peake Jr., Frank Peake. J.W. Peake, Joe Peake, Jim Peake, R. L. Peake and H.M.
