ROBERT SAMUEL BROWN
Robert Samuel Brown,69, died at 2 p.m. today at his home,Route 1, Waynesboro.
He was born May 31,1881 in Albemarle County son of the late Andrew and Sallie Ross Brown.
He had been a member of the Waynesboro Church of the Brethren for the past 45 years.
He is survived by his wife,Mrs.Fannie McDaniel Brown,two daughters,Mrs.James Madison (Agnes Brown) and Mrs.Andrew Dudley(Elsie Brown) and five sons: Walter,Earl,Harvey,Reginald and Willard; three brothers Edward,Elmer and Clinton, all of Waynesboro; eleven grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
The body will remain at the Etter Funeral Home until the hour of Service.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. at the Waynesboro Church of the Brethren,conducted by the Rev. Virgil V.Brallier.
Interment will be in Smyrna Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be R.M.Smith,G.E. Micklem,William Ross,C.H.Wolfe,F.H.Dooms and John Brown.
Flower bearers will be Misses Earline Dudley,Joyce Brown,Fredia McDaniel and Jessie,Barbara and Shirley Brown.
